On May 28 at our Liberal Biennial Convention in Winnipeg, delegates overwhelmingly voted in favour of adopting a new constitution, seizing a once-in-a-generation opportunity to modernize, strengthen, and open up our movement for the 21^st century. Politics today demands a more accessible approach than ever before; how our party works together to engage Canadians, listen to their ideas, and earn their trust and support is of utmost importance.

As the Liberal Party of Canada continues its work to become the most open and innovative movement in Canadian politics, one of our first orders of business is to consult with registered Liberals about the by-laws being developed with the ratification of the party’s new constitution.
