January 23, 2014
EDMONTON– The Leader of the Liberal Party of Canada, Justin Trudeau, today announced the following changes to the Liberal team of Caucus Critics:
“I am pleased to announce that Emmanuel Dubourg will be assuming the role of National Revenue Critic and that Chrystia Freeland will now be assuming the responsibilities of International Trade Critic. I have the utmost of faith that these two new Liberal MPs will serve as strong voices for their communities in Ottawa. Moreover, I know they will help hold this government to account and contribute to the hard work and platform development necessary to prepare us for the 2015 election.
“As well, the current Liberal Critic for Amateur Sport and the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, Massimo Pacetti, has accepted the additional responsibilities of Small Business and Tourism Critic.”
