Statement by Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau on the Tragedy at Coteau-du-Lac

BURLINGTON, ON– Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau made the following statement today on the tragedy at Coteau-du-Lac where two people lost their lives:

“It is with sadness that I learned the news regarding the explosion in Coteau-du-Lac this morning. In moments like this our thoughts are with the families of the workers who lost their lives.

On behalf of the Liberal Party of Canada and our Parliamentary Caucus, my family and I extend our sincere condolences to all those affected. Our thoughts are with you during this difficult time.”
