Digital jobs – we’re hiring!
December 18, 2013
If you’re like me, you believe Canadian politics should be more collaborative, innovative, engaging and data-driven.
Well, it’s no longer enough to just feel that way. We need you — or someone you know — to be empowered to do something more about it: The Liberal Party of Canada is hiring five new digital professionals across our engagement, analytics and digital operations departments!
We need your help recruiting the folks that will help steer the most effective digital campaign in Canadian political history, a team that will not just surpass our fundraising, communications, and organizing goals, but demolish them, and set bigger, hairier goals to take on next.
We want fresh ideas and new talent from creative agencies, non-profits, media companies, tech startups, and anywhere else that employs people with drive, skill, and a desire to serve.
The deadline to apply is January 10, 2014. We’re hiring people at all levels, from directors to junior staff to come work at LPC’s national office in Ottawa. And we need them to start ASAP in the New Year and commit through October 2015 for this once-in-a-lifetime chance to make a difference.
I won’t sugar coat this for you: It won’t pay as well as the private sector. It will mean long hours. And it will only get more intense as the next election approaches. But it will be the most extraordinary and fulfilling professional experience you or someone you know will ever have.
Here are the five jobs we’re hiring for — make sure to share them with anyone you know who has the skills they describe, and if that person is you, your future team members are looking forward to hearing from you soon.
— Engagement Strategist
— Director of Analytics
— Data Analyst
— Web Developer (2 positions)
Thank you.
Jeremy Broadhurst
National Director, Liberal Party of Canada
