Justin Trudeau joins supporters at Team Trudeau 2019 Nomination Event with Terry Lake

Kamloops, BC – Justin Trudeau will join local Liberals for Terry Lake’s Team Trudeau 2019 nomination event in Kamloops—Thompson—Cariboo on May 21, 2019.

Terry Lake has previously served as British Columbia’s Minister of Health and Minister of Environment, as a Member of the Legislative Assembly for Kamloops-North Thompson, as Mayor of Kamloops from 2005-08, and as a former Vice-President of the Union of B.C. Municipalities. Terry joins a growing list of strong and experienced B.C.Team Trudeau candidates and Members of Parliament.

Justin Trudeau and the Liberal team are focused on a strong plan for British Columbia: to strengthen our middle class, grow the economy, invest in affordable housing and better roads and bridges , and protect a healthy environment for our kids and grandkids. More than 16,000 British Columbians have already signed up as new Liberals since the last election, and that grassroots support is continuing to grow every day.
