Justin Trudeau walks a day in the life of a personal support worker

TORONTO – Today, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 1 Canada – one of the larger health care unions in the country – released a video highlighting the very important work done by personal support workers in Canada.

 Liberal Party of Canada Leader Justin Trudeau was very pleased to participate and draw attention to the vital work undertaken by Canada’s personal support worker community. It is people like Emily, featured in the video, who demonstrate the tremendous commitment of personal support workers – both to our communities and to Canadian families going through some of the most trying periods in their lives.

 Under Justin Trudeau’s leadership, Liberals are committed to investing in middle class families, seniors, and personal support workers – in order to make a real difference in the lives of all Canadians.
