OTTAWA – Thomas Mulcair was an enthusiastic cheerleader for water privatization and export.
Despite being confronted with undeniable video evidence showing Mulcair arguing for the export scheme, the NDP platform now says that he’ll ban it.
This is yet another illustration that Thomas Mulcair will say anything.
